This policy describes our practices on the Site. It also applies to emails.  This policy does not apply to our use of employee information. It also does not apply to information we collect from you offline.  You agree to the terms in this policy when you use this Site.  All items described herein are subject to applicable law.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy here or elsewhere on the Site.  The revised policy will apply to all data we have collected through the Site and your continued use of the Site shall mean your acceptance of such revisions.

THE INFORMATION BURGHERGRAY COLLECTS

At your option, we collect contact information, including your name and email address. And, we may collect information about the browser you are using. Our web server may store your IP address and domain. We might track the pages you visit. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. We collect this information using tracking tools described in this policy. To control those tools, please read the “User Options” section below.

We collect information directly from you when you contact us to ask questions or leave comments.  However, we can also collect information from you passively. We collect personal information about users by using tracking tools like browser cookies, flash cookies, and web beacons. Our Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us be transferred to the United States. Subject to applicable law, please also be aware that by using our Site and giving us your information, you consent to such transfer. You also understand that the U.S. may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country.

We use industry standard means to protect our Site and your information. The Internet is not 100% secure, though. We cannot promise that your use of our Site will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution on the Internet.

From time to time we may change our privacy practices. The latest version of this policy will be posted here. Sometimes there may be a material change to this policy that we wish to apply retroactively. If so, we will notify you and obtain your consent to the extent required by law. 

OPT OUT

We may send you news about new developments. You may choose to opt out of receiving such messages by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or sending an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address at which you are receiving the messages and with a request that your e-mail address be removed.

CORRECTING OR UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If the personal information we have gathered from you changes, we will gladly correct, update or remove any personal data you have previously provided to us. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your corrected information.

BURGHERGRAY COOKIE POLICY

BurgherGray uses cookies on its Site to distinguish you from other users of our Site. This helps us provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site and also allows us to improve our Site.  A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer.
