Claude W. Roxborough, III has extensive experience handling mortgage-related acquisitions, structured finance in connection therewith (including REPO financing and securitization), mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment structures, credit agreements, corporate restructuring, fund formation (private equity and hedge fund formation and compliance) and U.S. securities laws matters for public and private companies.  He has also represented large financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, private investment funds and broker-dealers, sponsors in large infrastructure and real estate developments, as well as small‐to‐medium sized enterprises, religious and other non‐profit organizations on a variety of matters and has advised on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Mr. Roxborough is also the former Co-President of the South African Chamber of Commerce in America (SACCA) and has represented several organizations operating on the African continent.
