Tax Due Diligence Matrix: Governmental Bonds

A subcommittee of the Tax Law Committee of The National Association of Bond Lawyers has just released a project that was nearly 2 years in the making. The project involves a detailed matrix containing guidance with respect to rules, regulations and practice pointers related to the issuance of tax-exempt bonds.
