Katrina Goli is a corporate associate in BurgherGray’s New York office. Katrina has over 10 years of experience representing clients in various corporate transactions in several countries. Her current principal practice area is capital markets with a focus on structured finance and securitization transactions. Prior to joining BurgherGray, Katrina was an associate in the structured finance capital markets practice groups at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and McKee Nelson LLP. Katrina also served as in-house attorney with the fixed income legal department of BNP Paribas – Americas. Katrina’s other corporate experiences include overseeing domestic and cross-border investment and securities matters as well as merger and acquisition transactions in the Asia-Pacific region as an associate at Baker & McKenzie – Manila and as Associate General Counsel for a multinational corporation based in Hong Kong.
