KARYN WILSON

Karyn Wilson is an Associate in the New York office of BurgherGray LLP, where she works within the Corporate Transactional practice group. 

Prior to joining BurgherGray, Ms. Wilson worked at JPMorgan Chase & Company as an Operation Management Associate where she was involved in supervising and managing individuals on the Managed Accounts Services New Accounts and Terminations Team. She also Reviewed service agreements and other corporate and financial documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policy requirements.

Ms. Wilson graduated from New York Law School in 2016, where she was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, affiliated with the Innovation Center for Law and Technology.
