Jason Clouser is Counsel in BurgherGray’s Litigation Department where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in state and federal court. Mr. Clouser has experience counseling clients in a variety of areas, including business disputes, employment-related litigation, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Prior to joining BurgherGray, Mr. Clouser worked as an associate at a boutique law firm and as a litigation associate in the New York office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. After receiving his J.D. from New York University School of Law, Mr. Clouser clerked for the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, former Chief Judge of United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Clouser earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
