JAHNAE HENRY

Jahnae Henry is an Associate at BurgherGray LLP. As a general corporate associate, Jahnae’s practice generally provides her broad exposure to various corporate matters across a number of sub-practice areas, including public finance, structured finance and securitization, bank lending and institutional investing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, securities and corporate governance, and residential and commercial real estate, among others.

In her role as a junior associate, she is often tasked with assisting, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating documents, including: offering documents, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, credit agreements, closing documents, and lease agreements. Additionally, Jahnae assists other members of the deal or project team in order to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction or project execution. Such assistance can take many forms, including the performance of due diligence and research, among other things.

Prior to joining BurgherGray, Jahnae served as a law clerk in the Town Attorney’s office of a local New York State municipal corporation, following her tenure as a law clerk for the Hon. Avis Bishop-Thompson of the Superior Court of Bergen County.

Jahnae graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law and a concentration in Land Use and Real Estate Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Albany, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science. Jahnae is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
