EDGAR MENDOZA

Edgar Mendoza is an Associate in the New York office of BurgherGray LLP, where he works within the corporate transactional practice group.  His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, finance, corporate trust, and general corporate and commercial transactions. He regularly represents lenders, investors, financial instructions, and other transaction parties in various debt and equity transactions. Mr. Mendoza also represents businesses, ranging from Fortune 100 global enterprises to small emerging companies, in connection with various corporate and commercial matters. He regularly serves as lead associate on his transactions, with a heavy focus on drafting and reviewing principal transaction documents and managing transaction workflow. Prior to joining BurgherGray, Mr. Mendoza was an associate at a white shoe New York law firm and worked in-house at a global tech company focused on helping video game publishers and developers monetize their products.

Mr. Mendoza graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and as a board member of the Dispute Resolution Society. Mr. Mendoza is admitted to practice law in New York.
