Dorcia Carrillo is Counsel at BurgherGray LLP. Dorcia’s principal practice area is technology transactions, with a focus on software and hosted services licensing and FinTech. Dorcia began her legal career at divisions of United Technologies Corporation, where she advised the business on corrective actions required by a Department of Justice consent agreement. She also supported the engineering and procurement functions by drafting technical assistance and manufacturing license agreements. Now Dorcia helps enterprise buyers and IT service providers negotiate technology transactions.

Dorcia is from the Bronx and currently lives in Connecticut. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Business Council of Westchester and board member of the White Plains Bar Association.
