BRENDA L. GILL
Brenda L. Gill has over 22 years of experience representing clients in numerous complex commercial transactions specializing in information technology, market data and IP licensing deals as well as having successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar outsourcing deals. She has also been involved in a significant number of mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts during her legal career both in law firms and in-house corporate law departments. She has been directly involved in all phases of the types of transactions described above, including initial planning, structuring, drafting, negotiation, implementation and advice.
