DON M. TELLOCK
Don M. Tellock heads the firm’s Business Litigation department and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. He counsels clients on a variety of issues, including securities law, employment law, consumer class action litigation, privacy, data protection/information security and deceptive advertising issues. Mr. Tellock represents corporations and individuals in complex federal and state court litigation, as well as government and internal investigations, appeals, administrative proceedings and arbitrations. Mr. Tellock began his legal career as an associate at Skadden Arps (New York) and later served as a partner in several other large firms in New York City prior to joining Burgher Gray. He is very active in the New York African-American philanthropic community, and is a member of the boards of directors of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and the Dance Theatre of Harlem.
