ALLAN J. BERLOWITZ
Allan J. Berlowitz handles a wide range of business litigation, arbitration and regulatory dispute matters for the firm. Mr. Berlowitz is a seasoned litigator whose practice experience spans many decades and numerous trials (including motion practice), appellate litigation matters, as well as arbitration and mediation under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and other alternative dispute tribunals. He has regularly represented domestic and international clients, large and small, in various industries in commercial dispute and regulatory matters involving a variety of legal issues. Mr. Berlowitz’s clients include investment and commercial banks, thrifts, foreign governments, manufacturers, domestic and international retailers, real estate developers, entrepreneurs, investors, professional service firms, Fortune 500 companies, private investment funds, and local labor unions.
